Behind Race Day Graphics:
Professional race day graphics or graphics in general, really can set your team away from the rest. When you work with me, through research and development, you will have an end result that stands out from any other designer in the Industry.
I design all of my race day graphics between 2 programs; Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Every race day graphic I design, includes both types of files, raster and vector elements. I start with a document that is sized specifically for the viewers eye; 72 dpi; meaning if you go to print these out they will be lower resolution and not “print” quality (300 dpi recommendation for printed images). Even though I am designing at 72 dpi, the image resolution I am pulling from originally is 300 dpi. This helps keep the quality sharp, and crisp when you view the graphic, instead of pixelated in the end result on a mobile device.
In order to keep quality separate from every other designer’s work, I work exclusively with several teams in 2024. The exclusivity is beneficial to keeping their brand on point, and making each team stand out. I look for inspiration in other industry’s, paired with my own ideas and techniques to create a personalized look for your team. Try to pick out the drivers and teams I design for throughout the 2024 season. I love combining race day graphics with themes. In 2024, High Limit Racing theme of “casino-based” and “high stakes”, is going to play a key role in the race day graphics created for RSR. Race day graphics are fun for a designer, because you can really do anything. The end result is fairly endless and when paired with the theme of a specific race, it really helps set your team apart from just a post on social media.
