Dirt Empire Magazine - Issue 19 - “Shooter At Large” Feature
A few months ago, right after Knoxville Nationals issue of Dirt Empire Magazine was printed, I was asked to if I’d like have a feature in Dirt Empire Magazine, and that they would love to feature me as their “Shooter At Large” feature in the PRI (Performance Racing Industry) special issue of Dirt Empire.
I could not say “Yes” quick enough. I supplied about 15 images of my favorites from the past few years of shooting motorsports.
The “Shooter At Large” feature is done each issue, and showcases the best photographers across the motorsports industry. It was a pretty cool honor, to be apart of.

Sprint Car Drivers that were featured in my “Shooter at Large” feature: Anthony Macri, Devon Borden, Dylan Norris, Logan Schuchart, Kyle Larson and Aaron Reutzel. Iconic scenes I also thought was neat share: the 4 wide salute and an overview of Williams Grove Speedway shot with my drone.
These photos also spanned my time of traveling to different tracks: Lake Ozark Speedway in Missouri, Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa, Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio, and several in Pennsylvania - BAPS Motor Speedway, Selinsgrove Speedway and William Grove Speedway.
I could not be more excited to see my work be featured in such an exciting issue, featuring a story on one of my clients; Kelby Watt, who had a great opportunity and success in the 360 division, placing in his first Knoxville Nationals, running a car for the Woodruff family, who has close knit ties to Knoxville Raceway.
